And in the window it does not show the number of documents to print, because the device itself has a certain memory buffer where documents sent for printing are thrown off. 1. To stop the operation of the device, you must restart it. Turn off the power supply, wait a few minutes, turn it on. If this does not help stop printing, then restart the computer as well. Count down a few minutes, turn it on.
