What a multi-function vacuum cleaner can do

It is easy to breathe in a clean house and it is pleasant to be. And any housewife seeks to create coziness, thanks to which she wants to return home. Fortunately, today it is much easier to do than a couple of decades ago. Thanks to modern vacuum cleaners, cleaning no longer seems boring and long. What our faithful and reliable assistants are able to do today is described in this article.

A multifunctional vacuum cleaner is primarily a washing device. It has two internal reservoirs. One is for clean water, the other is for collecting waste, dirty. Thanks to a special tube with a spray, clean liquid from the first compartment is evenly distributed on the outer surface of the brush. After that, the water thrown onto the carpet is sucked in by air back to the vacuum cleaner and enters the second tank. Thus, deep cleaning of the surfaces and air filtration are carried out.

Most multi-function vacuum cleaners have the following functions:

  1. Dry cleaning. The simplest mode, in which garbage and dust are collected in a dust collector. If there are no children in the family and no one at home is ill with diseases of the respiratory system, such a function will be sufficient to regularly maintain cleanliness.
  2. Wet cleaning. This option is used for washing carpets and upholstered furniture. At the same time, indoor air is cleaned. Use of detergents is allowed. Wet cleaning is indispensable for those who have small children and pets.
  3. Steam cleaning.A vacuum cleaner equipped with a steam cleaning function will prove to be excellent in the fight against old spots and grease. It disinfects surfaces and removes unpleasant odors. And all this - without the use of household chemicals.

When buying a multifunctional vacuum cleaner, it is important to pay attention to the main characteristics.

  1. Power. When choosing a technique, it is worth considering that the power consumption is indicated on the package and case. And the larger the vacuum cleaner, the higher the numbers. However, the suction power, which is written in the instructions, is crucial. If the goal is a simple daily cleaning, a device with a power of 260-300 watts will completely cope with the tasks. 300-400 watts are needed for those who have children and animals. This is the so-called heavy artillery against serious pollution.
  2. Noise level. This indicator is directly proportional to the suction and power consumption. The higher it is, the more noisy the vacuum cleaner will be. True, today manufacturers are developing designs aimed at reducing the vibration of engine turbines, and consequently, at reducing noise levels. But this is reflected in the price, which is worth keeping in mind.
  3. Filtration system. To ensure that dust collected from surfaces does not return as a result of air circulation back into the room, additional filtration is necessary. Even the simplest vacuum cleaner has a motor filter and at least one fine filter. Multifunctional vacuum cleaners are often additionally equipped with an aquafilter, which collects wet dust in a separate tank and provides complete air purification. Most modern models have a multi-stage filtration system that traps up to 97% of dust.
  4. Terms of Use. The length of the suction tube and cord, dimensions and weight, the frequency of replacement of components are important. A vacuum cleaner is a thing of constant use, which means it must be practical and convenient.

Today, manufacturers of multi-function vacuum cleaners often equip them with additional modes. Such a device is like a universal soldier. With it, cleaning the house becomes simple and really quick.

What additionally can this useful household device do? Among the most relevant additional features:

  • washing windows and tiles;
  • cleaning of vertical surfaces;
  • stain removal from long pile carpets;

The obvious advantages of multi-function vacuum cleaners include:

  • the presence of various modes;
  • air purification;

  • After use, the device must be washed and dried for subsequent operation.

Choosing a multifunctional vacuum cleaner, do not try to save money in any way. First of all, evaluate technical specifications and a set of modes and functions, as well as the reliability of the manufacturer.
